Thrashed set of trispoke flame wheels produced by Neeper Concepts back in the day. Chrome is lifting/flaking/missing on all 4, two gouges on one wheel (photos 6, 7) and one beat up spot on another wheel (photo 8). Second set I've ever seen for sale in the states, only these include center caps ;) Looking for a quick local sale, otherwise they'll be hung above my bed to flat stanley me in the near future. Willing to ship for the right price, as per usual.
